I began my post-pregnancy weight loss journey with a clear goal in mind—and I’m excited to say I’ve achieved it! Before I became a mum, I lost 7 stone with the support of my consultant, and now, I’m on a new mission: helping others achieve their own weight loss transformations. I’ve lost 7 stone, and in doing so, I’ve not only significantly reduced my pre-diabetes risk but also gained a renewed sense of energy and confidence.
Chasing around after my 3 year old son is no longer a challenge—it’s enjoyable! I can slide down play equipment, dance, jump, and chase him around without feeling held back. I’m now the active, engaged mum I always wanted to be, and it feels amazing not to be sitting on the sidelines.

Through my own experience with fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and fertility struggles, I know how difficult it can be to find the right path to health. With the help of the diet, I was able to have IVF treatment and regain control of my body. The diet was my first and really my only choice to shed the weight I gained during pregnancy and the first year.

Now, I want to help others do the same. I offer virtual consultations and can arrange national delivery of meal plans and products to help you stay on track. I’ll be there every step of the way, providing friendly, non-judgmental support and helping you overcome struggles as they arise.
