Back in 2021, I followed The 1:1 Diet plan to lose weight in preparation for IVF. I lost 2 stone, felt incredible, and we went on to have a successful IVF journey (YES!!). But I also understand how pregnancy, motherhood, and juggling family life can make healthy choices feel overwhelming — even impossible at times. That’s why having a clear structure and the right support can make all the difference.
Fast forward to 2024 — with my wedding fast approaching, I needed to fit into that dress… and I did it! I lost another 2 stone before the big day, and now I’m more motivated than ever to continue my journey.
