My Story
At 6 months postpartum (Feb ‘24), I started at 19.6 stone. My goal was to lose 6 stone in 6 months before my daughter’s 1st birthday.
I hit that goal one day early — and went on to lose 7 stone 4lbs in 8 months.
I went from an emotional, binge eater and feeling out of control… to confidently maintaining my weight and no longer letting food dictate my life. Now I have the energy, confidence, and freedom to fully enjoy life with my little girl.
