Hi, We're Jojo and Shaun

Having lost over 10st on this amazing plan, it's our turn to help you. 

We lost our weight in 10 months and have never looked back. I started on Step 1b complete meal replacements (4 a day) and moved up through the steps and am now maintaining.  Shaun started on Step 3 (2 replacements and 650 cals).

I enjoy line dancing and badminton and everything is so much easier now I'm carrying less weight! 

Shaun lives for Badminton and was due a knee replacement - he no longer has as much pain and will wait for that knee.  He has also reversed his type 2 Diabetes.

I had a gastric band fitted 6 years ago and initially I lost 2 stone but then hit a wall.  I could only eat 'slider' foods and the weight loss stopped.  Having done this diet previously for my wedding, 15 years ago, I thought I would give it a go again.  The diet, plan and products have evolved no end. So glad I did.

I also have an underactive Thyroid and coupled with the Menopause, at times life can be challenging.
