I first discovered the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in 2019 while living in Cyprus. As a full-time student, I needed a simple yet effective way to lose weight, and this plan was the perfect fit. I started my journey at 78kg and, by following the program step by step, I reached my goal weight of 56kg. Not only did I shed the extra weight, but I also saw incredible improvements in my overall health—my vitamin and iron levels were better than ever!
Inspired by my own transformation, I decided to become a consultant and help others break free from stubborn weight, starting with my own mother. Now, years later, I’m here in London, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds in achieving their dream body.
