Like so many others, I’ve had my own ups and downs with weight loss. I’ve tried countless diets over the years, but it wasn’t until I had the support of a dedicated consultant that everything changed. Having someone in your corner to celebrate the wins, motivate you through the tough days, and help you refocus when things slip — that made all the difference. And that’s exactly what I want to offer you.

My own journey started long before becoming a consultant. I struggled to conceive my first child, and I knew that my weight and lifestyle were major factors. When my husband and I started dreaming about a second baby, I turned to the 1:1 plan to prepare my body and mind.

I began Step 2 in November 2021, after months of lockdown and feeling heavier than I’d been in years. In my very first week, I lost 11lbs — and the results kept coming. By summer 2022, I was pregnant with our second child. Since having my son, I’ve been back on plan and have now lost over 3 stone. I feel healthier, more confident, and full of energy to keep up with my two little whirlwinds!

I’m based in West Lothian, but I support clients all over the UK — both virtually and in person — helping them lose weight, boost confidence, and feel amazing in their own skin.
