2025 is just the beginning!

Hi there, and welcome! I'm sure some of my story may sound familar to you as it's a common theme when it comes to the frustration of weight loss, a battle I know only too well.

I've been on a roller coaster of a journey when it comes to feeling happy in my own skin. It started as a child, I was always the 'chubby' one so not good at sports, always the last chosen but that's just the way it was.

I've tried almost every diet, succeeding in some and failing in others until I came across the 1:1 Weight Plan in 2021 having reached a point of not wanted to look in the mirror.

I'd just braved the shave for my lovely friend and raised over £2.5k for Coppafeel. I donated my hair to The Little Princess Trust and all was good until I saw the pictures of that day, the picture you see above on the cover of this page... I had no hair, what I did have was grey, all I could see were rounded shoulders and a huge belly in my pink t-shirt. I had to do something.

I contacted a friend who was a 1:1 consultant and she supported me to lose 3 stone in just 4 months, I couldn't believe how fast it came off, how easy it was and how fantastic I felt! I encouraged a friend to join me because she had some health issues and I was worried about her, she did the same and felt fabulous. She even reversed her type 2 diabetes which was incredible!

So, this diet works, it's simple, great for busy people and you literally can't fail.
