I had been a yo-yo dieter all of my life.  I would lose the weight, put it back on and repeat with various diets.  I was feeling miserable.  Nothing in my wardrobe fitted me any more and I was sick of buying clothes the next size up.  After a hen weekend, I looked at the photos and decided enough was enough.  I was going to do something about my weight once and for all.  I contacted my consultant, now sponsor, and she helped me to believe that I could do this.  She supported me through the difficult days but ultimately she was my cheerleader and helped me to lose the 4 stone that I needed to help me to be a happier version of myself.  I now love helping people in the same way and supporting people to reach their weightloss goals.  I love that I can now enjoy clothes shopping again and be included in special family photos.
