I never really struggled with my weight until turning 38 which is when menopause started. 
My clothes were getting tighter and tighter. After some medical complications I found out I had heart disease and advised not to do anything strenuous, which made my weight gain worse. My problem was always being a comfort eater, when I was upset or stressed as I loved food!
