Making the decision to reach out can be difficult but taking that step, as I did in January has truly transformed my life. I am 100% more confident, I've met new people and I've even attended two meetings as a keynote speaker, something I could never have considered when I was at my biggest.

You'll have weekly personal one2one meetings with me. We'll get to know each other and talk about your successes as well as reflecting on weeks that haven't gone so well. We all have ups and downs, because the reality is that living involves eating - together we will work on managing this.
My reason for reaching out myself was due to dangerously high blood pressure and being told I was pre-diabetic. It was the wakeup call from my GP I really needed. My blood pressure is back to normal and my blood sugar levels are now back in the normal range. As an added bonus, my cholesterol levels went down from 4.7 to 4.2!
Throughout this year, I have also been working with my GP to establish a plan for HRT as I am peri-menopausal. This has been an added issue to me navigating the challenges of weight loss, but I have continued on plan and trusted the process with amazing results.
