I know the struggles, I've been there and done it myself. I lost 1 stone on step 1b in 4 weeks!! and have been maintaining my weight loss for over a year. I am so passionate about the maintenance and stabilisation parts of the plan and want to pass this knowledge and expertise on to you to help you not only lose weight but keep it off!
