I met Sarah, my consultant, at a Wellbeing day in my workplace. I was overweight and feeling uncomfortable after weight gain from overindulging at Christmas. Sarah has guided me through the plan and encouraged me along the way. I have lost 12.5 lbs in 3 weeks and I have lost 5 inches from my waist! The difference is noticeable. I have received compliments that I look younger and fresh. This is the best I have felt about my appearance in years.

It took me a long time to recognise that asking for help is a strength and not a weakness. At times we all need someone to reassure us that we are not alone and that how we look amy be important to us, but we must not neglect how we feel inside as well.

Guidance and 1:1 help around reducing intake and calorie control set me on a long and at times difficult journey, but I was given help and motivation to continue. Knowledge is power!

Since being on the 1:1 diet and losing weight I feel healthier, fitter and more confident.  Definitely up for enjoying and trying more things.  Its amazing as at 56 yrs old I thought I was just going to turn into an old lady because i had tried to lose weight but wasn't managing to achieve it but under your help Sarah and support I am achieving it and looking forward to the future ahead! I can do anything if I put my mind to it and can't wait to hit my goal weight. Thank you!
