A little bit about my weight loss journey following the One2One Diet. I have lost over 6 stone and have maintained for almost 3 years. The diet has been so successful for me that I am dedicated to supporting you to have just as much success! 

I have always had a sweet tooth which has never helped me with staying healthy and resulted in weight gain. Before plan, I loved snacking on chocolate in the evening. The chocolate chewy bar product is now my favourite alternative to chocolate! I can help you find ways to maintain that work for you.
