I'm Nikki, a Silver consultant based on the Cambridgeshire / Lincolnshire border in Bourne.
I'm described by my clients as an easy going and 'real' consultant, providing support and advice that they can relate to. I know as much as anyone else the struggles of losing weight and know it’s not a simple 'black and white' solution. I'm always there to provide support, nutrition advice and most importantly, there to listen.
I’ve battled with my weight for as long as I can remember, trying every diet under the sun. The older I’ve got, the harder it’s been for the scales to budge…
That was until I found the 1:1 Diet. It was like everything suddenly clicked into place and my body was finally getting everything it needed. I started Step 2 of the plan in the summer of 2023, the pounds were dropping and my clothes were getting looser. I loved that I was still preparing healthy evening meals alongside the 1:1 products supplementing my meals during the day. A perfect combination for me!
In November 2023, I hit the menopause and was so concerned that after all my hard work, the weight loss would stop and I’d put on the dreaded ‘menopause stone’ everyone talked about. I didn’t, thanks to 1:1!
