Hi, I'm Kimberley!

Hi, I’m Kimberley, thanks for viewing my webpage.

I don’t remember a time when I have not had to think about my weight, and reducing it!  I’ve always known there was a slimmer version of me that was trying hard to be seen!  The journey is lifelong, and it’s difficult at times.  I’ve had success along the way, but also had times when the weight has returned.  I’ve never been a confident or outgoing larger person, my weight has always impacted on my self-confidence, particularly in social situations.  

The 1:1 Diet has been the most successful for me; I lost almost five stones, most of which I’ve managed to keep off and, whilst my own journey continues, I know I will be successful.  This plan definitely works and can help you to become the person you want to be.
