Hi it's lovely to meet you! ... Well I've been on a diet all my life! I've had every size in my wardrobe and never parted with anything just in case. We can all relate to this I'm sure!!!... Well this year I decided that it had to change because with all those clothes I still didn't have anything to wear!.. I also bought my wedding dress  online  and it definitely didn't look on me like it did on the website.. I didn't want to be a 50 year old bride looking like that!!!! My friend at work was brutally honest and said come on let's get this weight off ( she has no filter!!) but I went home that day and thought I have to do this right now!

So January 1st 2023 I started the plan... and almost immediately the bloating and the menopause symptoms felt so much better .. so I kept going and going and here we are ( 2024) and I'm nearly 5 stone down!! I saw my consultant  who inspired me all the way but she also encouraged me to be one too... ( she's been telling me for years to do it!!!)

Its the easiest diet to do!  No prepping or planning on some of the steps! I drink decaf tea during the day! Loads of water!! And WOW I feel like a different person! Finally in control and now I just have one size in my wardrobe and Vinted everything else' ( definetly  recommend that!!)
