A little about my journey - 

Following the shock of being diagnosed with Cancer in 2017. I had to refocus on what was important in my life.. my two children were still at school and i was a single mum...

My diagnosis tripple negative, aggresive breast cancer. I was never poorly, always busy, with no time to be ill. The total shock hit me... 

The journey to survive began... 

After my 9 rounds of chemo, radio, steroids and many operations i found that my weight had piled on... i knew i had to build my strength, heal and lose my weight. I was drained totally unfit and lost...

I  "thankfully" found the 1:1 plan. I loved the structure of the plan straight away.., i neeeded structure, i found it easy to follow, delish products & fast results...

I decided to become a consultant because I TRULY BELIEVE IN THE PLAN AND KNOW IT WORKS.
