You may have noticed that I have no before or after pictures up? That's because I am still in the before part of my weight loss journey. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness - fibromyalgia and the medication made me put on weight.
Truth be told, I've been obsese for so long and decided the time was now to make life long changes, so we're all on this journey together!
I'm not sure about you, but I was never taught how to express my emotions and so for as young as I can remember no matter if I was happy or sad, I'd eat.
Over the years I've had quite a few bereavements including my partner/sun's dad and mother in the space of three years and whenever I thought about them, I'd eat. If this has also been you, just know that you are not alone.
