I started to see Jackie after being told by my GP that I needed to lose weight. I am type two diabetic and my blood sugars were unstable. I stared at the end of September and I had full support from Jackie who gave me encouragement all the way. She is kind ,understanding and explained more to me about my diabetes which helped me tunderstand it better. She is always positive and cheerful and I have lost almost two stone since starting on the 1:1 plan. I recommend her and

I met Jackie for the first time last year. I imediatley felt comfotable. Jackie is very friendly and  easy to talk to. She  was great at listening to what I wanted to achieve and She offered me complete encouragement and support. When time were not as good She remained positive and offered solutions. Gave some great tips and I just loved the encouraging quotes she sent each week.Such an inspirational person I would highly recommend her
