I am a one-to-one diet consultant. I work from my home office in Brockhampton Lane near Swindon Village. I am also the local Bishops Cleeve consultant,  I have off-road parking, I would like you to feel free to bring your children with you if you are unable to get a sitter.

Why choose me? I worked as a practice nurse for many years often supporting people with weight loss. I understand the barriers to weight loss and I feel I am  a friendly, positive motivated person and I get great satisfaction from helping others. I have a special interest in menopause and know that these changes can have a huge impact on our weight and confidence.

Everyone has different needs and I understand that what motivates one person might not be right for someone else  I treat all my clients with dignity and respect .

I am passionate about the 1:1 Diet plan as I have done it myself so  I believe in it understand the ups and downs and feel well equiped to support you whilst on the plan. I want to share the benifits with you.
