For years and years I was constantly wishing I could be lighter and smaller than I was. I tried every diet under the sun, with limited success, every time I lost a few pounds it wasn't long before the weight would pile back on and I would be back to square one. I yo-yo dieted for most of my life.

That was 6 years ago and I can honestly say I still feel proud of what I have achieved. My dress size is now a 10 instead of a 16/18, I feel better, look better  and feel a whole lot happier. I absolutely love trying on clothes that look good, instead of putting them back on the rail because they make me look big. I was big, and nothing was going to change that except me! With the help of my consultant, I did change it and I'm so so glad.
