Hi, I’m Suzanne

I know how tough it feels to start a weight loss journey – because I’ve been there myself. The 1:1 Diet changed my health and confidence, and now I’m here to help you do the same.

In June of this year I wasn’t feeling well. I wasn’t feeling well physically and I absolutely wasn’t feel good mentally, I didn’t like to look at myself in a mirror… I was weighing over 20 stones then, I tried to eat healthy, counted calories, concentrated on my meal prep but nothing was working for me. One of the things I struggle with which makes weight loss even harder is PCOS…

Exercise wasn’t an option- my joints are sore and even going for long walks/jogs was difficult ..

And then I came across 1:1 diet online , looked in to it a little more and thought it sounded really promising (I also have a friend who had lost and kept off a lot of weight with this program) and then I found Suzanne and messaged her immediately! 

 

We had my first consultation the next day. I felt Suzanne was just lovely! She explained everything to me really well, we discussed my goals and my concerns and the next steps. I felt really at ease talking to her and felt reassured and hopeful.

 

Three days later I started on plan 2. Now - about 11 weeks later - I feel absolutely amazing! I lost a little over 2st already and I’m really starting to believe for the first time in my life, that I can get to the weight I want to be! 

It hasn’t been all easy, I had a week where I gave in to cravings and my old habits and even put 3 pounds back on but Suzanne was so helpful and supportive and I got back on track again! 

 

I can’t recommend 1:1 diet and Suzanne enough ?? and I’m looking forward to reaching my goal in the not so distant future ??
