My journey started here

Have you been putting things off for years and years?  I did too!!

But I lost 3 stones on plan in 2020, I felt amazing!  Believe me, I know that some people feel scared, scared of failure, scared it may not work! This diet is scientifically proven to work, it is NHS approved.  I know how it feels when you hate the way you look and feel, not wanting to go out and socialise, hiding away at home. I'd make any excuse at the last minute that I had nothing to wear, or I didn’t feel well.  Hid when the camera came out! Some family functions I just had to attend and when I'd see people I hadn’t seen in years, I'd jump in first and say "I've put on weight" before anyone else could say it!

Some days, I'd promise myself not to overindulge and then just go mad and eat and eat and then sit there afterwards feeling totally hopeless, not even knowing where to start with dieting – just caught in a vicious circle!

Nobody can really totally understand what it's like to be overweight unless you've been there, I have, and really do understand what it feels like, the Up's and Downs you feel.  I am compassionate, I take the time to listen and reassure, never to judge but to help you.
