I lost over 10 kgs (that's 1.5 stones) more than 13 years ago following The 1:1 Diet by CWP. I'm proud to have changed my relationship with food, and maintained a healthy weight ever since.

This diet works - it has transformed my life and that of millions of others. 

In 2009, I was the bread-winner of my family with a hectic career and two very energetic boys at home (three if you count my husband!) I had little time for myself and felt I had let myself go. My weight had yo-yo'd and just kept on going up over the years despite my best efforts.

I went on the Plan as I really didn't like the way I looked or felt.

I love the simplicity of the Plan. I love that it's nutritionally balanced - so important in losing weight healthily, and most of all, I loved having a Consultant to be accountable to, and was my personal cheerleader, helping me to keep on the Plan. We're still friends to this day! I also couldn't believe how cheap it was - each meal product costs less than a fancy coffee - and how many of those do we let ourselves indulge in?!

The results were dramatic - even in the first few weeks, which was incredibly motivating, and I felt so much more confident in my skin.
