Thank you for taking the time to view my page. I first started this amazing life style change 3 years ago. I lost 3 stone 10 lbs and have maintained it for almost 2 years ( with the occasion small gain / reset and loss ).I lost a further 1 stone this past year Maintaining the weight loss is my biggest goal, for myself and my slimmers. I undertook a psychology course on weight loss / weight maintenance to help myself and my slimmers to achieve maintenance once their goal has been reached . 
I'm a mom of 5, a nurse ( know all about shift work ) and menopausal so fully understand the struggles with family life / work and hormones !!!
