MY STORY
After a traumatic 4 years with some major changes to deal with, including divorce, moving house and my father's cancer I lost sight of me. Sadly, as a consequence I gained weight by making unhealthy eating and drinking choices. Essentially I was using food and alcohol for comfort and feeding my emotions. Then I discovered the Cambridge 1:1 Diet, it taught me a different approach to food and as a result I've lost 5 stone, I'm back to feeling like me.
HOW IT TRANSFORMED MY LIFE
I have so much more energy and wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. I feel so much healthier and exercise my emotions and not feed them. I'm enjoying being more active with my kids and not just watching from the sidelines.
What I love about this diet is the structure and boundaries it offers as I know ahead of the day what products I will be eating, which for a BINGE eater is damage limitation. The help of my weekly consultant meetings kept me on track as they provided personal one to one support and guidance.
