For the past few years my weight has just crept up and up and no matter what diet i tried i never seemed to stick to it and ended up putting more back on than what i initially lost. 

Lockdown happenend and i had all good intentions at the start to use my daily hour of exercise to go out walking but this didnt last for long and even when i did i felt like i needed to reward myself for being good with food. This really wasnt the answer and made matters worse so much so that when i got on the scales In May 2021 i weighed in at 14st 4.4, this was the heaviest i had even been and i knew that i didnt want to go through another summer of feeling sluggish and uncomfortable in my clothes. Enough was enough i had been following my sponsor on social media and seen how well she was doing so before i knew it i had taken the plunge and placed my order. 

22 weeks later and I hit my 4 stone loss and have been maintaining ever since. Even over Xmas I allowed myself a few planned days off to allow the festive season and am still maintaining my target. 

This diet has truly changed my life i am no longer in the obese category for my BMI and have so much more energy and confidence.
