I am part of an award-winning team and I am based in Caister on Sea, I also cover Hemsby, Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.  I offer safe face to face or virtual consultations, whichever you prefer in the evenings and weekends.

I lost 7 stone over nine months on the 1:1 diet, dropping from a size 22/24 to a size 14 and am currently maintaining at around a size 16/18. I have walked the path you are about to take and  I’d love to help you achieve your weight loss goals, sharing in your successes and guiding you through the slip ups, if they should happen. Having a background in training, personal development and coaching makes me uniquely placed to guide you through your journey of discovery as you find your best self.

We all have different reasons for wanting to lose weight, mine started with health.  I was pre diabetic and about to be put on a higher dose of blood pressure tablets when I said enough was enough.
