Hi I’m Debbie, I’ve struggled with my weight my whole adult life, especially since menopause and this is the only diet that has worked for me. I lost 3 stone in just over 3 months and loved how quickly I lost the weight so much that I became a consultant and now love helping my slimmers do the same and watching their confidence grow.
