Being in lockdown I had put on an uncomfotable amount of weight and it was really getting me down.  I found nicola on the 1:1 website. I was sceptical at first and doubtful I would be able to stick to it.   I was a sugar and cheese addict and battled daily with cravings.

Nicolas reasurance, guidance, knowledge and communication with helped me to stay focussed.  First mid week weigh on day 4 and id lost 5lb this blew me away.   Nicolas encouragenment, excitement and praise was just what i needed to spur me on.

Nicola has been my mentor and friend since starting the plan.  She has given me so much suppoprt during a difficult few months. The diet is fantastic and really works.  I have been a serial dieter over the years and have tried every plan going, this is the only one that works for me. The first 3 days are hard but after that you dont actually feel hungry.  I have so much energy, I cant stop being busy! I cant thank her enough for always encouraging me and pushing me, she is my guiding light and i will get there.
