I have just invested in some Marsden Body Composition Scales which means we can monitor your health weekly when you visit my clinic - which of course isn't an essential!  

Being a busy mummy of 3 is amazing but it also has its challenges - when you become a mum you somehow go to the bottom of the priority list!  After an emotional few years with stress eating at an all time high my weight gain became out of control - at the end of lockdown 1 - I was sitting around the 14 stone mark, and knew something had to change. I lost 3 st in just 14 weeks. 

I am also a Special Needs mum - so i understand how emotional this journey can be - my house is always a safe place for anyone.  My weight gain was 100% because of the SEN journey we were on and the lack of support so believe me when i say if you are a parent of a SEN child i completely understand how hard life can be and how much it can impact a family.  I have found from being at goal weight my sleep is better and energy and therefore i go into meetings feeling stronger and more confident. I also know i've invested in my life and health which hopefully means i'll be here longer!
