It's one week before Christmas and I'm just 1.5 pounds from my target weight. I'll be starting 2022 at a weight that I thought I'd never see again. I'm my lightest since I was 19 years old and people I haven't seen for ages don't recognise me! Weekly support from Viv has been amazing and helped me stay focussed, I've lost weight every single week since I started, I never thought that this would be possible at 56. Starting the 1:1 Diet is the best thing I've done for myself in a long long time.
