Welcome to my profile.

I live in Farnborough and I cover all surrounding areas and far beyond! 

If you are thinking about starting the 1:1 diet I am able to support and help you throughout your journey to lose weight either via telephone, private meeting or if you prefer virtual meetings, I can also deliver straight to your door at no cost whatsoever. Or you may prefer to collect.

After struggling with my weight and constantly yo-yo dieting over the years from one fad diet to the next, I never succeeded! I would get on those scales some mornings and see the lbs piling on. My confidence was at it's lowest, my clothes were too tight and I was out of control. I would think about food constantly and wondered what 'New Diet' I would start next knowing full well it would only ever last a few days, I had no willpower at all.

Then I discovered the The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. It's the best thing I ever did, I didn't have to think about food shopping or planning meals because it was all there for me. I won't lie the first couple of days were difficult but I persevered. I had so much energy by the 3rd day, I felt amazing!  

I lost 2 stone in just over 2 months.  I have never felt happier with myself.
