Hello I am Heather and I am a 1:1 Diet Consultant, wife and mum of two children based in Sudbury, Suffolk. I successfully support clients all around the UK on a virtual basis and face to face if in the local area. 

I am part of a multi award winning team of consultants with years of experience, and more importantly I have lost weight using The 1:1 Diet and understand the physical and mental challenges loosing weight can cause. 

I want you to succeed, get to your goal and then maintain the losses you achieve.

Not sure what to say other than a big thank you! I only had, (well I say only I've been trying to shift it for years!) 1.5 stone to lose. I thought I'd never be able to get to my pre pregnancy weight which to some might be vain but important to me. I'm there and it only took 2 months, I'm over the moon and will stay in touch with Heather to keep it off.....also I can't not have cookie & cream bars so I have to talk to her ;)
