Heather has been so supportive the whole way through my weightloss. I enjoyed working through the steps and after losing 3.5 stone I finally feel like I can keep it off!

I actually found this diet quite easy. Being told what step I'm on and what I can have has made it super simple, I get my products from Heather in the post and then off we go. I still have another stone I'd like to lose but it's taken no time to lose 4 stone already - Mark

Not sure what to say other than a big thank you! I only had, (well I say only I've been trying to shift it for years!) 1.5 stone to lose. I thought I'd never be able to get to my pre pregnancy weight which to some might be vain but important to me. I'm there and it only took 2 months, I'm over the moon and will stay in touch with Heather to keep it off.....also I can't not have cookie & cream bars so I have to talk to her ;)
