SORRY... I don't have a full before photo. I used to hide from the camera..
I struggled with my weight throughout my 20s, tried every diet, nothing worked long term. You name it, I tried it!
I took mainly face selfies, offered to hold the camera and take photos for friends and family just so I wasn't in the picture, if I ever was in a photo it would be of me sitting down and somehow covering my mid section with my arms or my handbag. Missed out on capturing a lot of memories..
