I can't thank Elaine De Paola enough for the support she has given me.  So far, I have lost an amazing 84 POUNDS, that's 6 STONE and an amazing 60 body inches. I'd let myself go and was a complete couch potato.  The 1:1 Diet has given me back my confidence, I started exercising and I feel fitter and healthier than I've ever been.  I couldn't have done it without you Elaine, a great team effort.  Thank you.

I started The 1:1 Diet in 2021.  I am 71 years old! I'm still maintaining  as at Dec 2022 , thanks for your continued support Elaine .

As at July 2022, I have have maintained a loss of 4 stone.  My Consultant , Elaine De Paola (The Wicked Witch) has been fab.  She has supported me throughout my weight loss journey and has continued helping me maintain.

I just want to say Age is not a barrier to getting the weight off.  Give her a call, you won't regret it.  Good Luck.

I have lost over 3 stone with the help and support of Elaine De Paola on my weight loss journey with The One2One Diet.

All my meetings have been virtual with no face to face appointments due to the distance but the encouragement and help Elaine has given has been amazing. With the onset of Menopause I found dieting harder . With Elaine's help, knowledge and understanding of the condition I'm now where I want to be.  I feel Great.
