We all know losing weight can be a real struggle.  We think there is no way out.  We lose confidence and can feel really unhappy.  Sometimes you just need that extra support, motivation and a good Diet Plan.  I can relate to this as I've been there and made the change. I would love you to feel as happy as I do now.

Hello,

I started The 1:1 Diet in 2021.  I am 71 years old! I'm still maintaining  as at Dec 2022 , thanks for your continued support Elaine .

As at July 2022, I have have maintained a loss of 4 stone.  My Consultant , Elaine De Paola (The Wicked Witch) has been fab.  She has supported me throughout my weight loss journey and has continued helping me maintain.

I just want to say Age is not a barrier to getting the weight off.  Give her a call, you won't regret it.  Good Luck.

All my meetings have been virtual with no face to face appointments due to the distance but the encouragement and help Elaine has given has been amazing.
