About me:

When my youngest turned 3, my weight had crept up to its highest and I realised my poor diet was also starting to affect my health and fitness.  I started the 1:1 diet the following Monday and within a month I had lost 16lbs and this really motivated me to keep going.  My total weight loss was 3 stone 6lb in 18 weeks.  I am now maintaining this loss with new found fitness levels and the joy of buying new clothes!
