A little about Laura...

After developing nerve pain (CRPS & Fibro) 8 years ago I shut off from the world and piled on the pounds. My pain left me stuck in a rut, frustrated and depressed. This plan gave me back my life- except a happier & healthier one!

A little about Natalie (AKA Mum!)...

Having been a serial yoyo dieter my entire life I have finally broken the cycle! I have developed a healthy relationship with food and hit my goals! Having been a big mum, I refuse to be an obese Nanna!

Our Journey Together...

Contacting a consultant was the hardest bit but once we met we knew together we could do this! We went down 9 dress sizes & lost 10 stone between us. This Diet has transformed not only our bodies but also our minds and confidence.

Laura's pain levels decreased so much, she has dropped all of her medication and Mum's whole body feels like she's 30 years younger now she's not carrying the equivalent of our Labrador Remi with her! 

Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!
