Hi, I'm Kate

I'm a 1:1 Diet consultant based in Ludlow, Shropshire. I cant wait to help you like the 1:1 diet helped me. I offer one to one support via video call all over the UK or with me in person at my home in Ludlow, Shropshire. 

We will begin with a short consultation to find out your specific goals and have a chat about how much weight you're wanting to lose and how the diet can help you. Each week you will weigh, take measurements and you can collect your meal replacement products for the week ahead or have them delievered if remote. 

My Story

As a first time Mum I was suffering from post natal depression and had spent the majority of my teenage and adult life overweight. I was living life out the biscuit tin and had ballooned to nearly 16 stone. Christmas 2018 my partner took a photo of me and my baby by the Christmas tree and I was horrified by what I saw. January 2019 I took control and changed my life forever. I lost 6 stone that year in 6 months and now in 2025 I havent put a pound back on. I love life again, clothes again and more importantly quality time with my son again as I have the confidence back that i'd lost from being so overweight. I want to help you like the diet helped me.
