I have only been doing 1:1 diet for a couple of weeks, but in that short time, I have lost 5kg! Something I never thought was possible. I was completely lost when I started, and Kelly took me under her wing and helped me every step of the way. She has created a support group of all her clients where we share our progress and our fails and cheer each other on daily. The products are actually flavourful, quick, easy, and FILLING! honestly, it's so nice to finally be able to have something that doesn't taste like cardboard and still lose weight. The plans are super flexible, and Kelly will work with you to figure out what step is best for you, and she checks in daily to see how you are getting on. Kelly has been an absolute rock and so understanding and not judgemental. My journey has been a lot of ups and downs, and yet Kelly hasn't given up. She has supported me every single step. One thing I had in my head when i started was, the journey to weight loss is the same for everyone and this is where I went wrong, as Kelly has shared her experiences and wisdom to show me every weight loss journey is unique and it really is. Some people will be 100% on plan, and that's fine, and others might not be, and that's fine. Thanks to Kelly, I now understand this, and I'm taking my journey in my way.
