My Story:

In 2018 whist scrolling Social Media, I came across a 1:1 Diet Coach that I related to, I knew she was the one for me! Five stone later, my life was immeasurably different & I felt absolutely incredible!

With my new improved health, The World opened up to me, who knew there was so much out there? My fertility went into overdrive & after the sad loss of our Rainbow baby and feeling like this would never ever happen again for us, we were blessed with our baby girl who is now five, and guess what we went on to have twin boys, two bundles of joy who are three in January.

My 1:1 Diet journey continues and I am now almost 7 stone lighter!!

    I have only been doing 1:1 diet for a couple of weeks, but in that short time, I have lost 5kg! Something I never thought was possible.
