Hi, I'm Shital!

An individual with PCOS

I am a bubbly, friendly, supporting and motivating consultant who has been on my own personal journey with the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan since 2015.

I have personally struggled with my weight since the age of 17. I have tried many different weight management plans but nothing worked until I began my journey in 2015 with the 1:1 Diet.

I was 20 stones when I started and over the last 5 years I dropped weight and put it back on as I was not in the right frame of mind but in 2020 I decided enough was enough.

Having gone through some serious health issues and a failed marriage and fertility issues I decided to invest in me and my health going forward.

I am on this plan to get the body I desire and yes it is not easy but it is SO worth it and the health benefits are incredible.

So why did I decide to become a consultant?

Simple… I wanted to encourage and support others who have struggled or been thinking about making a change. With all my personal experiences and having been with the 1:1 Diet, 1:1 has changed my life, my health and confidence in myself.

I will be offering many different options of support and available when required to guide, motivate and remind you on why you are on this path.

I work Nationwide from Gloucester :

I offer day, evening and weekend appointments where available

Free 1 hour no obligation consultation

No weekly weigh in fee's or contracts

Free BMI updates

Payment Accepted with Bank Transfer & Cash.  All payments must be received before any products are released

Appointments: (15 mins and 30 mins slots available after initial consultation)

Monday to Sunday Support (9am - 9pm) 

Special arrangements can be made to suit clients if pre-arranged. I can be flexible

With the current climate all interaction is via Video Conferencing like WhatsApp, FaceTime and Zoom. Products are delivered to your doorstep. In the future face to face meetings will be available.
