ABOUT ME:
55 years old, still a Size 10 and in the best phase of my life ever! After hitting my all time low at a Size 24 I had to do something. Over the following ten years, I tried loads of different diets, including Cambridge, and they all worked, when I stuck to them. I just yo-yo'd up and down, usually having a stock of clothes sizes 14 to 24 in my wardrobe. Sound familiar?
I knew I had to find a Consultant who would focus on me keeping my weight loss off for good!
This time I worked my way up the 1:1 Steps, slowly introducing healthy food choices and I am proud to still be a Size 10 over 5 years later.
