 I decided I needed to do something about my weight as it was really getting me down. 
I started the 1:1 diet by Cambridge weight plan and found it easier than I thought.

My weakness is chocolate and found having the bars and other tasty products immediately stopped the craving and want for sweet things. This made it so easy for me I chose to have a nutritious low calorie meal at night there are different steps to suit everyone on the plan. (We now have a new range of delicious low cal step up meals approx 200 cals per meal that just gets heated up in the microwave it couldn't be easier! )The weight started dropping off and I started feeling so much better. I want to help others while on my weight loss journey. Being a 1:1 diet consultant I can be there to help and motivate you on your journey too.  I can support you whether it’s in person by phone email or text I will always help you that's what I'm here for  

Dont worry if you don't live near I'm always on the other end of the phone and I can post too!
