It's time to put your half termholiday eating habits behind you - and time to re-focus on yourself?! Whether you are new to the 1:1 Diet, following another diet or using weight loss injections I can help you change your eating habits and ensure you are getting all the nutrients you require. I recently studied and passed the Level 1 Nutritonal Foundations course so I am qualified to advise you on nutrition.

If you want to shed a few or several pounds by the end of November or a stone by Christmas, I have a special offer for November - please get in touch and don't worry with my help you can feel back in control again! 

We can meet face to face, or you can use the Direct to Dieter delivery service or I can deliver your products if you live locally. I will be there to help you every step on your way to a slimmer, fitter you! Don't be too hard on yourself if your good intentions have slipped - over the summer we can soon turn that round! Jane has helped me lose  2 stone for my son's wedding I'm so pleased I met her. I felt great in my new outfit and I have loved sharing the photos of this special occasion!
