Hi, I'm Justine!

I’m here to help you

Firstly, thank you for reading my profile, I'm Justine, I'm 39, full of energy and love motivating and helping people.

I found this amazing diet in 2019 when I lost 3 stone and I then became a consultant myself, have since completed the diet a second time round, to get myself feeling better after recovering from my pregnancy. So I totally know my stuff, I know how you feel, I have been there and gone through the journey from start to finish, twice.

What I can offer you...
I will give you as much support as you would like, this is my full time job now and I am proud of the support I give to my dieters. For local dieters I do weigh ins in my garden room various times throughout the week, for further afield the support doesn't change, I offer weekly video calls throughout the week too. This is additional to my daily support via text/ voice note as little or often as you need, plus an optional dieters WhatsApp group. I also send products fortnightly anywhere across the UK with no extra cost to you, I cover postage. So it doesn't matter how far apart we are, I'll be right by your side going through it with you. 

What do I need from you?

Knowing the goals you want to achieve, mindset in the right place, and be ready to be open and honest with me throughout the journey, I can support you best when I know where you're at. Then all we need to do is trust the plan, trust the products, let me motivate you (drink lots and lots of water) and we can watch the magic happen together.

This really is the best job in the world, I make friends and help people, and I would love to help you. I am really friendly so please get in touch, I know it's a huge step to do that, I completely understand, but I promise I'll look after you and we can smash it together. I want you to be feeling your best in yourself and for one day, you to say to me 'I'm so glad I got in contact with you' because that's exactly what I say to my consultant who helped me lose 3 stone. This diet honestly changes lives, let's change yours xxx
