Hi, I am based in Quorn and cover all surrounding areas. I predominantly offer face2face consultations but also do Virtual and Direct2Dieter.

I have always struggled with my weight and have tried every diet out there.  I'd lose weight but it would come back. Two children later, finding myself a widow at age 32 saw depression impact on my life. I soon tipped the scales at 16 stone and a size 22.  The final straw for me came when boarding a plane and I struggled to fasten the safety belt  - There was no way I was asking for an extension!

So I started the 1:1 diet and lost an amazing 5 stone in 5 months, I felt great and found the fun in life again. I maintained that loss for 5 yrs, but I'm human, so fast forward and I had regained 1 and half stone.  Getting remarried, falling into complacency and comfort didn't help, but also the Menopause and HRT have added to the mix.  

I'm still living life to the full and couldn't be happier, my losses are a bit slower due to Menopause, but I'm getting there.  I won't tell you its easy, I'm a realalist but I will support, listen and help you get to your goal whilst I'm getting back to mine.  I'm 1 stone down again now, just half a stone to go!
