  I have finally found a plan that works for me! I can lose weight  without leaving my front door! We have weekly video calls together which are supportive, helpful and we have a great natter! I have heard many good reviews about the Cambridge 1:1 Diet and thought i would try for myself, not really knowing what to expect.

Well what can I say?

It's an amazing diet to be on. I thought I was going to be starving, however I was wrong! The meal repalcements are tasty and filling!
