After always struggling with my weight ... one off one week two on the next I needed to try something different.... Lynne chatted to me about the Cambridge Diet and it sounded great to fit around my day to day life.   I’m looking to initially loose 2st and have lost 9lb in my first week already. Lovely products and great support from Lynne ... onwards and upwards :-) xx

I was nervous about starting with 1:1 Diet as I had not done it before, but after contacting Lynne and arranging our first appointment, she really put me at ease and filled me with confidence as to how the plan works.  I am now 3.5 stones lighter, happier and more confident and I couldn't have done it without Lynne's support and encourgement.  I can't recomment Lynne highly enough, she is always there for me and I know she will be there to support me when I reach my goal xxx
