Hi I'm Sally

Hi, My name is Sally and thank you for taking the time to find my page.

For most of my life I have struggled so much with my weight and have tried several diets in the past with limited success. Then I found the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. I had lost all of my confidence, avoided social gatherings, avoided the camera and most of all felt uncomfortable in my personal life.

My largest weight was 20st13lbs and I knew at that point that I needed to make a change. The 1:1 Diet has changed my life so much and it is all down to the amazing one to one support from my consultant. Not only have I improved my health, I have regained my confidence in all aspects of my day to day life.

I have not completed my weight loss journey yet but I am eager to help and inspire others to change their lives and reach their goals as well as reach my own goal. I am here with you throughout your journey experiencing exactly what you are too. in 2019 i was fortunate enough to have  been shortlisted as a slimmer in the 1:1 Diet slimmer awards which was amazing. 

Life happens and we all have our struggles but I am here to help, no judgement, just complete support to get you to your goal! 

What I offer:

· Home appointments - I offer appointments at my home which is located between Bentley Motors and Leighton Hospital.

· Evening appointments.

· Free consultations - I do not charge for consultations and you simply pay for the products of your choice.

· 1:1 advice/support/motivation - You will receive one to one support weekly, this is not just at your appointment but throughout the week to keep you on track.

· I am here to help every step of the way even after you have achieved your goals.

· Part of a multi award winning team who are also there to support you.
